World’s First AI-Driven Insurance Marketplace Launched by 1Fort Covering Hundreds of Brokers

1Fort, an insurance technology company has launched the first AI-driven specialty insurance marketplace in the world. This marketplace can help independent insurance agents to save time and get more clients. In a statement to the media, 1Fort said, hundreds of insurance brokers are registered on its insurance platform.

The AI resource then analyses risks and coverage and compares various options from different insurance firms. It gives the best possible recommendations to these brokers to inform their clients, he added. The entire process of keying in the recommended coverage for a client to get the best insurance plans is done in a matter of seconds, he claimed.

1Fort’s Chatbot

Additionally, 1Fort has developed an AI-powered chatbot that allows customers to deal directly with their insurance brokers and get any queries resolved. This will help in streamlining the process right from applying for insurance to issuing a policy. More insurance companies are expected to adopt AI-based resources in the future as the entire Banking, Finance, Securities, and Insurance (BFSI) industry rapidly moves towards automation using the latest AI resources.
